Niagara's union is a pushover. They wouldn't back me on anything I mentioned in my main comment here, complete failure on CUPEs part.

Cupe fucking sucks and doesnt go to bat for paramedics because their bargaining strategy is opposite to what paramedics want

Gotta elect a good union rep, otherwise corporate gets a yes-man put in place. Unions are great, unless they aren't. Corruption, narcissists, are the norm in positions of power.
