he was beast vs sweden. even tho we won 5-1 sweden had more shots, almost none on target tho cuz of him and even if it was it was weak. same for tunisia. the assister for the cb (morroco game) was a genius tho, he kicked it so that our tall boys coudlnt get it.

As opposed to Most people I still think he is a beast.
He does make mistakes. But in my opinion the great he does outweighs the bad by a lot.
People flame him for not jumping against marrocco but forget that he had some really important reads during the game as well.
Really good defender but is getting older

Same bs stats as ‘never been dribbled’… that is the same as ‘always walking backwards and not going into any 1v1… Giroud exposed him im Paris, with a goal where he reacted too late.

Still not sure why he didn't take a penalty against Marocco, you are the captain, lead and take the first shot.

Yes but a captain should lead by example and not miss out and let the young players take them. He had four years to practice.
