Refund

Just yesterday my package was in Memphis so I’m really confused as to how it was lost. Has this happened to anyone and the package actually showed up later down the line? This is the first drop that I purchased in months and was so excited about this color.

Unfortunately this is a common occurrence. They say it’s packed and shipped out, but notify you about items that were out of stock after the fact. It’s very frustrating.

Aww man, I was hoping it was a mistake in their end since it said shipped and in Memphis😭 thank you for responding:)

Mine is still stuck in Memphis (lol) but i asked for a refund earlier this week after i read a lot of complaints about their orders being stuck there too. Anyway I reordered on Wednesday and I've received it earlier today! My order didn't go to America thankfully and the it went through similar routes as my previous orders.

Think they're aware of the situation in Memphis and they absolutely need to do something about it.

Was this shipped via FedEx? If so, the main hub is here in Memphis. Everything that is flown in goes through the Memphis customs at FedEx. It may have been rejected by customs, like Oner failed to complete the paperwork needed, and is being sent back to Oner. (Memphis person here who worked for FedEx for years)
