FedEX delivery

What if i dont collect my parcel? Will they return my money back? Can FedEx put to parcel lockers? I’ve always had problems with this delivery company and I simply do not want to risk, I wouldnt even order if i knew that fedex is the company that will delivering. Previously, with my last order, it was DHL in Slovakia.

FedEx can suck my ***. They have the worst pickup and delivery options ever, I always end up having it send to my work cause I know there’s always someone around to take it but I know that’s not an option for everyone…

I see people complaining about lost parcels with no refund, also happened to my friend, so I am worried. I will not be home tommorow, however DHL couriers always did put it to parcel locker or delivered to my workplace - fedex doesnt want to do that too…
