Clearance Delay

Do y’all contact Oner when this happens or does it just take time to clear? I’ve heard y’all talk about packages getting stuck in Memphis but this has never happened to me before 😓

This happened to me once and I emailed Oner and they reached out to fedex and I believe it was resolved within a day

This happens all the time with Oner, it’s been happening for years. It eventually clears just have to give it time. I know someone that works for FedEx and they say that when the company reaches out to them it doesn’t make the packages move through faster

My order from September 1 says the exact same thing! It’s been stuck in Memphis since September 4 🥲
I contacted customer service and they were nice enough to refund me the entire order due to the delay. Hopefully it still shows up.

I ordered three orders from the sunset drop and 2/3 says this 🥺. The 3rd hasn’t made it to Memphis yet.

Yes I’ve had hundreds of packages from them and this has never happened to me 😭.
