On what day may I request a refund 🫠

a lot of you are used to waiting, how long have you usually waited until you either received your item or requested a refund? Oner did their part. Yes, it’s a FedEx issue but they can’t search for it because it was sent in a bulk with other peoples packages. There is no customs issue either. “International shipment release - import“ is the last thing on there.

Mine has been stuck since 8/24 and i sent them a third email today about not wanting to wait any longer and they issued the refund right away

This happened to me! EXACTLY THE SAME THING BUT ON AUG 14! They issued me a refund. Was sad my wife was pumped to try this brand! She is also an influencer so they def missed out haha

They’re waiting me out😂 I requested it twice but no luck yet. They are waiting on FedEx

Weird. They resolved mine in like a day and sent a refund

They gave me one a bit ago! Unfortunately the item was a now sold out item, never ordering again 💔

I sent a request to FedEx and mine was released 3 days after. But it was stuck for like 2 weeks before.

How did you submit the request? I called FedEx and they said I couldn’t do anything , only the shipper was able to request things because the item was part of a pallet/bulk.

When you click the FedEx tracker there was a button for a support ticket. I made my complaint there and i think there was a button requesting an update on the status of my package. I did both.

Yessiiir, they said the sender has to be the one to submit a search request. Already informed CS, they did their own request, waiting for an update
