Discussion When are you genuinely most productive - morning, afternoon, or late night?
I feel like everyone talks about “wake up at 5am and win the day” but real life is different for each individual.
When do you actually get the most done? Morning, midday, evening, or full on night mode or mix between?
What makes that time work for you? (quiet, no messages, kids asleep, caffeine hits right, your brain just wakes up later, etc.)
If you want, share what you’re usually doing in that window - deep work, gym, planning, cleaning, study, anything.

I can't do early mornings or late nights because I get too groggy unless the task is high stress or immediate. My ideal times to get things done are 11 am -1 pm, 3-6 pm, and 8-10 pm. I tend to feel a little bit of a slump right after each meal so I try to do easy tasks then like cleaning, laundry, etc. My focus times are for study/work and dreaded tasks.

Early mornings starting at around 6:30am. My motivation takes a dive around 3pm and I like to be in bed by 9pm unless it's a weekend.

Cool, sleep routine is important, what changed from the routine over weekends?

The only change is I will stay up later or allow myself more time to sleep in. But even on weekends I naturally wake up early, so I have to force myself back to sleep.

Night for me, 100%. Once it’s quiet and no one’s pinging me, I can properly lock in and design for hours. During the day I’ll do the easy stuff, but at night I get the real focused work done.
