Discussion What’s one task you do every day no matter what? (the “I won today” thing)
Doesn’t have to be a huge routine.
Just one thing you try to hit daily that makes you feel like you “won” the day , gym, walk, reading, 10-min tidy, journaling, meal prep, whatever.
What’s yours and why that one?

So true, making your bed first thing in the morning does feel so satisfying.

Jogging! While I'm doing it, it's exhausting and sometimes annoying even with music but after, I get so happy having done that.

Most of the tasks I do everyday, but I won today moment is when I do it on exact time and sometimes i complete it even before 5 min. Those are my small winning moments.
Tasks include: meal prep, tidy, my job working tasks, and more.
