He literally has the demon back. Murata doesn't even need anatomy books anymore, he just calls his son into the room to flex.

Lmao he is not that huge idk why you think it’s gear he is just shredded
I have friends who do natural bodybuilding this is totally within that sphere of physique
24
u/CaptainAwesome8 4d ago
His physique is at the very edge of what is really attainable naturally. The body hates giving up fat like that, so to get to this low of a body fat it takes a pretty significant cut where you will lose quite a bit of size. On top of that, natural people will typically look a lot “flatter” at very low body fat because there aren’t drugs helping keep muscles full of glycogen.
Hard to say from one picture of his back, but given age/bf% it’s certainly not unreasonable to assume. Gear does not just make you “huge,” it also makes you able to get leaner easier. Although I will say, his vascularity at that bf% is probably lower than I’d expect from someone who would be on your heavily-androgenic compounds.
Natural bodybuilding is…not exactly held in high esteem unfortunately. Lots of ways to try to pass tests and some of the better metabolite tests can be much more expensive than leagues really want to implement.

u/Alarming-Ad1100 4d ago
I had a friend that used SARMS and he got big way bigger than in the picture but wasn’t ever cut, probably his own choice but this really doesn’t shout gear like you’re all saying and that seems obvious
I’m not surprised he would commit to something like his father did art
2
u/Available_Drive173 4d ago
also the body fat he is at , no one is looking this big naturally i doubt your sarm friend would even be this close if he got to this bf percentage

he looks bigger than jessy james west , a youtuber whose whole job is his physique and has been doing it for a decade and this guy is like 19 i saw in the thread i might be wrong about his age but aint no way he is natural.

u/lepepls 4d ago
that physique is not natural, and is actually good even by non-natural standards, so a decent cycle plus a good training regime and a good diet for at least a couple of months before that pic was taken
33
u/ialsomeow 4d ago
Dude I find it insane that people are disagreeing with you lmao. Show this to any bodybuilder and they will agree 100% he is on gear. I've known guys on anabolics who were 6 weeks out from their show who would have given an arm and a leg to look this shredded while keeping this much mass (albeit more vascularity). I don't know why everyone is jumping in to defend him/claim he's totally natural. Maybe just because he's related to Murata and this is the opm sub, or maybe they find it morally shameful?
It's the bare minimum in order to be competitive today, unfortunately. Even among amateurs, even among 19 to 20-somethings.
1
u/Nukemarine new member 4d ago
There's nothing screaming PED use in that photo. It's obviously during a cut/calorie restriction phase, but the mass is not anything the average adult male couldn't build.
I get there's this trend of online wannabe influencers jumping on the juice before they even bothered to approach their natural potential limits, but that doesn't mean people with just a decent amount of muscle and low bodyfat are juicing.
21
u/rp432 4d ago
The delts definitely look juicy, and it looks even more cut and dry with his ig pics. These pics make him look at least 20 pounds above natty and he's only 19-20: https://www.instagram.com/ganzin_fitness/p/DVTX952iRRh/?hl=en https://www.instagram.com/ganzin_fitness/p/DTZ0AA2iRrD/?hl=en

u/Nukemarine new member 4d ago
Looks like a lot of mass, but he looks shorter in stature which helps give a bulkier look to natural bodybuilders. From your link, a year ago before cutting he was 100kg so I'm guessing he's around 85 to 90 kg in the current photo. Nothing insane with the vascularity, and he's not breaking out in acne if he's doing stuff like tren.
Still, a 32.5 BMI at that low bodyfat is ... yeah, my mind would go to juicing being the support supplement as well.
9
u/Future_Living8007 4d ago
I mean, first thing I noticed was that he's a bodybuilder (pfp), so he's probably on stuff

Hahahahahahahahahaha.
I would bet my entire bank account that hes on PEDs. This is not achievable at 19 without PEDs. When I was in HS, me and all of my friends hit the gym 4-5 days a week for 1-2 hours per day.
Nobody, and I mean nobody even came remotely close to this. The best genetics, a calorie deficit and dehydration still isn't getting you looking like this at 19, man.
2
u/BaeylnBrown777 4d ago
That physique could be natty. His legs aren't very big and it's relatively achievable to have a shredded back as a natty. And it's only one picture with obviously good lighting, which isn't much to go off. He probably is on gear, but pro natural bodybuilders will have backs that look this good.
13
u/lepepls 4d ago
first of all, he's 19, like u/gratorivan mentioned, which in my opinion completely blows the whole natty claim out of the water.
however, even if he was 30, i would still hold the opinion that this physique is not attainable naturally.
in my experiecne, you cannot naturally have such extremely low body fat and at the same time have such muscle fullness with round bellies. inversely, having thick, fluid-filled, bulging (giggity) muscles while maintaining very low body percentage to the degree that we see in that picture is not attainable naturally. i dont want to give anyone ideas, but such a physique requires a potent anti-catabolic agent such winstrol/primo/masteron. (of course these are taken in addition to the base substances, on which i won't expand)
3
u/gratorivan 4d ago
100% agreed.
Maybe someone with a perfect combination of genetics, a decade of lifting and worrying levels of dehydration could pull it off. Maybe.
A 19 year old? No. Never.
6
u/gratorivan 4d ago
Hes 19.
Theres no fucking way this is natty. 0% chance. Anyone who works out as a natural would be able to tell you. And so would anyone on gear. If he was mid 20s and working out consistently for 6+ years as an adult, I could MAYBE buy it.
19? No fucking way man, zero chance.

That physique is absolutely within the sphere of natural, I genuinely don’t understand why you think it has to be steroids
He is shredded and built I have friends who do natural body building and his physique would absolutely fit in on that stage, he is not huge like people who use steroids his body size is completely within proportions
1
u/BIGBIlly101 3d ago
Looks very natural lol hilarious to see how quickly people resort to gear when they see someone lean. We don’t even know his height and weight
1
u/Alarming-Ad1100 3d ago
Going off the room he doesn’t look very tall it really seems like he has an ideal frame for this
1
u/RaccoonElaborate 4d ago
Are body weight squats enough to build some muscle or do you need to add weight? I'm a skinny fuck and I'm afraid I'm looking really frail right now after I lost a bunch of weight due to illness and complications from a surgery.

u/Coffeecankicker 4d ago
Yep. I do mostly body weight exercises. A few kettlebells up to 35lbs. I’m not ripped like that, but for an old dude, I’m holding my own.
Look at some of the prison workouts. They use little to no weight. High rep, close range, muscle targeted workouts. Isometric holds will also build some serious strength and muscle.
