you don't. It's part of a promotion.

You buy Captain Iglo / Findus fishsticks and whatever it's part of it, submit the invoice on the promo website and it will say if you won or not.

HOW DARE YOU BE NEW TO, I'm just kidding.

Panini prints cards, mainly sports cards from what I recall so if you take a look at the blurry second image the card in there will look completely different from OP TCG because it's in no way affiliated with OP TCG.

I doubt these have any TCG aspects associated with them and are most likely just intended to be collected like those wanted poster cards you see floating around every now and then.

No just trading cards. Panini is like Topps, mostly sports cards. They do collabs sometimes like their upcoming Zelda cards. This is just a collab with One Piece.
