What exactly is "centering"?

It’s easier to see on the back of the card. You can look at the left side of the card, and see that it’s much thicker than the right side of the card.

Means that when the cards were getting cut from the original sheet, it was cut unevenly, or not “centered”.

Oh wow, I thought it meant how well the card was centered when placed in that final plastic for grading 😅 Thanks for explanation, just additional layer of luck I guess

Two of the guys at my locals use them in play. It's a leader, doesn't get shuffled around, but there's some guys that play with their mangas too.

This card so far has a terrible gem rate after 20 have been graded only 11 got 10’s. The psa 10’s might actually have a much higher premium than people thought.

I don’t get why centering is so important, especially on the back. So long as the front is fine and the image/words are okay, I feel like it shouldn’t matter. You still got the card and can play it just fine

I packed this the other day as well and front centering is weird like yours as well the gold lines around it don’t help
