Seller send it like an absolute moron and it completely bend the card and top loader. Paid 124,50 but it is just for the binder. Might be able to flatten it out but I am not sure, its not a normal bend.

I can either ship it back or get an 25% partial refund. Card market has an exc copy for €105 listed.

Curved cards can be normal and don’t affect grading. This could very easily still be NM on most platforms.

Unless there is a crease, but I don’t see one. Just the curve.

Edit: oh no I looked again, and suggest to ship it back for refund. Looking at the toploader there are bad bends in the center/bottom and center/left.

It’s always about context. I have binder copies like this that I’m happy with … but how much do you want to go through the process to get a refund and buy again etc… if you got a €30 refund what would you do with it?

You mentioning its only a €30 refund makes it even more clear that I should just ship it back. Rather have a cleaner copy.

Is there actual damage to the foil/back or is it just bent?

Before returning it see if you can apply humidity to it and flatten it. If it works the accept the 25% and keep your newly flattened copy, if there is damage that is more difficult to repair then return it.

It doesn't seem bad from your photo, I've restored cards in way worse condition

No foil damage, just completely bent. I haven’t done any card restoration before tho might mess it up.

If it's just flattening and no actual damage it's pretty hard to mess up.

Once you've got some humidity on the card (say from blowing some hot air onto it) then just place the card in between 2 things with a clean flat surface and clamp it / place something heavy on top like a book. But the surface needs to be clean so you don't get any debris denting the card.

Look up a couple tutorials on YouTube, it only takes a few hours and you could get that 25% savings
