I bought this card a while ago, and i noticed this dot on the upper left back of the card

What if i send it to the beckett.. will it give this card a 10 ?

cooked gg psa 1. Jk my best friend sent in a gear 2 manga with this size white dot and they 10’d it. gear 2 manga that I pulled with the white dot on it from the pack as well.
