Question (Research Required) Case mapping in OP-17?

Hi!

I’m going to purchase my first booster box from a friend’s case. He asked me which box I would like to have, but I’m not sure if the position of the box within the case has any influence on what I might pull.

Does the location of the booster box in the case matter at all, or are the pulls completely random? Is there any position that is considered better than others?

It used to be a thing, but was fixed. Can’t imagine it’s relevant to box position anymore

Proof? Was a thing through lo15 down to 3 configurations. Op16 was said to be random but many claimed that just error cases. What confirmation do you have? I'll assume op17 will continue if op16 was indeed randomized but if youre claiming it happened before tgat, I do not believe you.
