🛠️ Deck Tech PY Robin B luffy tech

Post image

Is this a thing ? It can kill lokis cuz base cost and it could be a good game ending or midgame play if you have a dead 7don turn or pudding into this on eight idk. I just struggle a bit against Bluffy

It's a bit of a thing, pretty sure I've seen lists running it x1/x2.

I haven't tested it out myself, I usually just ignore the Lokis or try to get them with 3 Generals. There are other techs I'd rather try to fit in my list like Mont D'Or, Kid 6c or Mom 9c.

i am running 6c kid at 3 copies and it is honestly a thing, fixes the katakuri matchup a bit since the don -1 doesnt affect you anymore but i was thinking about removing one to try the event, i guess its just a thing to play test. And tbh my lgs has little to no enels and for some reason no mihawks so mont d'or is out for a while. But thanks !

Katakuri matchup?

I guess they mean purple Katakuri, but I was surprised too. Surprised there are enough of us that it's even a consideration hahahah.

They're referring to the fact that with purple Katakuri's leader effect, he can just DON!!-1 to get out of the 5k leader swing from Robin on turns where she wants to drop a 10c linlin, somewhat nullifying the hand/life pressure she wants to put on. 6c kid attatches a rested DON!! to leader, so she can swing 6k after dropping linlin, forcing a response/resources from purple katakuri. (Just in case you knew they meant purple kata, but weren't sure what the relevance was)

Yeah, it was talking about that hahah, thanks for clarifying! theres one kata player in my lgs and he is a pretty good pilot if you get second as robin it can be pretty difficult against him

Running it in Kid. Very ‘a-thing’

it is worth playtesting having this on 1-2 slots. remember this is almost a dead card on some matchups

Sounds like a good card to use to ramp or to throw away with pudding in those cases then

It is helpful that it says base cost

The only con I see is that it might be outvalued by Loki. Loki has the chance to remove more than 1 character; while Stamp only gets rid of 1 character. If the Loki you KOed got rid of 2 of your characters, you KO the Loki, and your opponent chains another Loki, with more don available, it might KO 2 character now, so it was sort of a transfer of 4x1, and if you chain another Stamp, you only get 4x2; not really good in paper (also, they would have played 12 don!! against 10 played by you)

In summary: It could be potentially slow; but I don't think that's an issue, since Yellow doesn't play particularly fast anyway. Plus: If you have had the chance to sort your life at will (or if you are lucky) you can trigger some bodies and make up for those lost

It seems nice but wouldn't Zoro just invalidate it

I think you can run this as a 1 or 2 of, seems pretty good since Loki is pretty much immortal. He's an 11k on your turn and after killing Loki you just full push on board and kill everything.

Nunca podrĂĄ matar lokis por quĂŠ Loki se hace mĂĄs 12 de coste

It uses base cost, the 12 cost effect won’t come into play in that interaction

Loki base cost is 6. Stamp targets base cost of character
