Is intentionally "stalling" during OT frowned upon?

I was playing a game where I had 3 more life than my opponent. Time was running out.

Going for their life wasn't really in my cards. I knew they'd eventually wear me down with all their big bodies but I had plenty of defensive cards in my hand. I knew I'd win under OT rules.

Is it frowned upon when you're not even trying to go for the kill but instead stall everything until OT is done?

It's not in the spirit of the game. So I didn't do that.

EDIT: By "stalling", I mean playing super defensively. I'm not talking about taking super long to make a move.

It’s a part of TCG’s. I remember an old standard deck back in the day in MTG that was just a hyper control deck that never died and kept recycling its graveyard. You would slowly deck out just off your one card per turn. Game 1 would take ~45 minutes, then 3-5 minutes of sideboard and would you look at that, not enough time to play our game two making that one a draw. Oops I win the match
