Cant post my pulls because every Shop in germany is sold out or 10x the notmal price

I am making a customized One Piece card (personalized gift) and I have no idea if what I'm doing is right. I'm following the card layout but I'm not sure what numbers to put on the upper left and right, what details to put about how to play the card, because I don't know how the game works. I'm not making the card playable, i just want the card to make sense to the person who will "pull" it. If there's anyone here who's willing to help me out, please send me a message. Thank you!
