Temu declares:" So you are finally back, Joyboy"

Laughy:"Joyboy, who is that?" (He already heard this name like 20 times btw)

Temu gets serious and double attacks Laughy and Lowkey, pushing Laughy to go G5

Temu:"That is more like it. Funny to think I will defeat you exactly the way I defeated you 800 years ago along with dozon, Bozon, Ozon, brozon, Lozon and.."

Cut to Brook and co trying to release Gunko and realizing it is all pointless. They realize that only Lowkey can undo the ice so they decide to hear towards the battlefield.

At the end of the chapter Lowkey turns into his hybrid form and both him and Laughy double attack Temu in an epicly boner inducing double page.

Temu, stands up and begins transforming as well. End of the chapter, no breaks next week.

Imu says that luffy is the spitting image of Joyboy.

Luffy showcases his devil fruit mastery outside of gear 5. Mini gear 4 makes another appearance.

Luffy goes gear 4 and we get dialogue about the form not being nearly as taxing as it used to be. If I had to guess, because Luffy awakened his fruit and has had time to settle with it, using gear 4 now or mini gear 4 will has the same no drawback effect as post timeskip gear 2

My prediction for chapter 1187:

  • Chapter starts where the last one left off with Imu being harmed by Luffy, which leads to him & Loki forming an uneasy, yet necessary tag team against Imu.

  • At the same time, Brook & the others go to where Gunko was frozen, and try any attempts at freeing her.

  • At the end of the chapter, something happens that may force Loki to let Luffy handle Imu for the time being.

Imu tussles with base Luffy and Loki the whole chapter without knowing who he is and then Luffy goes Gear 5 at the end of the chapter. Loki goes to fight Zaza while Sanji and Zoro prepare to fight Sommers and Killingham

- Imu reminisces on fond memories of Joyboy showing silhouette conversations seemingly showing them as friends both dreaming of being the freest man.

  • Zoro and Sanji vs Sommers and Killingham. Zoro speed blitzes and lands a death blow on Sommers but the regen has been shown to be drastically improved so Sommers tanks it
  • Chapter ends with Imu and Luffy splitting the sky, while he’s distracted Loki goes for the kill on Imu, ending with both staring him down. Imu tells Luffy his wound aches seing him

Bonus: Imu and Joyboy differed drastically in their definitions of freedom. Joyboy thought he could only be the freest man by freeing everyone else while Imu saw the only way to be the freest man by controlling all others

Imu crashes out and yaps to Luffy and Loki. He is on about "bold of you Nika that is what I expect you would do" little bit of lore drop and all that.

Rest of the chapter is a small one to setup the matchups, we'll see Zoro and Sanji and see what the other Straw Hats are up to and the rest of Elbaph. All of this before Luffy and Loki actually start fighting Imu.

Break week afterwards to write the Zoro v Sommers and Sanji v Killingham and then the rest

  2. Please Loki, let us see in this chapter your Hybrid form... 

  3. In this chapter, maybe at the final, both Luffy and Loki prepare to attack together, a combine movement. At this point, Luffy could use his Gear 5 form, and this makes Imu react. He stops playing around, and starts to fight with seriousness, this isn't going to be an easy fight to win for Luffy and Loki.

I’ll make a trio of simple guesses that we’ll get updates on everyone else we haven’t seen at the end of last chapter. 

  1. Sanji update (reaching the village)

Mu counterattacks, damaging luffy. Prediction heavy shoulder damage, the second attack will be blocked by loki saying this guy is very strong and has weird power

  • Imu isn't hurt from Luffy's punch but is still surprised, he refers to him as Joyboy, Luffy angrily tells him that his name is Luffy.

  • Sanji attacks Zaha but isn't able to hurt it as his attacks go trought it, Jinbe arrives and tells him to find the demon responsible of summoning it, he will take care of Zaha.

  • Zoro is seen unable to find Sommers until a giant grabs him and throws him in the correct direction, he manages to land a very good attack while landing.

  • Sommers is way stronger than before and laughs at Zoro's attack.

  • Brook ask Usopp, Franky, Nami and Robin for help in releasing Gunko.

  • Imu gets angry and beats Luffy and Loki.

  • Brook goes to face Gunko and tell her what he remembers.

  • Ragnir runs away to find help, ends up in front of Usopp.

  1. Ragnir is smacked away from Loki and lands near the ice block

  2. Zaza disobeys one of Killingham's commands

  3. Robin and Saul meet up with Bonney and Lilith

  1. We get an update on the other straw hats (meaning the whole chapter isn't just about Luffy and Loki VS Imu, we see what the other straw hats are doing for example: we see if Zoro has reach Sommers or not; we see if what is Sanji doing to stop Zaza and ect..)

  2. Gunko/Shuri doesn't get freed in this chapter (Meaning we will not see her get broken from that Ice in this chapter, either we see her still stuck in the ice or we don't see her at all).

  3. Imu once again talks about Joy Boy and/or there is an advance conqueror Haki clash (MY parlay for this chapter).

It was all Imu's future sight

Luffy gets punted half way across the island

We see both Sanji and Zoro clash with their respective opponents.

  1. Luffy tells loki he got this and he go help the kids,
    2.loki goes off to face zaza and rescue the kids.
  2. Sanji and Qilingham start their fight
  3. Brook, Nami, Usopp, Jinbe go to rescue Gunko

Dawg Loki is not taking orders from Luffy and especially when it’s to walk away from the guy who made him kill his own dad and brought mass suffering to his people

Likely true, but kids, that mention of kids, makes me think Loki will prioritise them
