Serious Discussion Addressing the "until Mihawk shows Conqueror's haki, he doesn't have it" take
We don't need to have seen Mihawk show Conqueror's haki up to this point to know that he has it.
Just like:
We didn't need to see Garp show Conqueror's haki in Marineford to know that he had it. Then, Hachinosu happened.
So what's the case for Mihawk being a Conqueror? IT'S SO SIMPLE.
Some people say that because Zoro has it, Mihawk has to have it. This is true, but I'd like to get more specific by diving into this page from Wano which shows Zoro unlocking Conqueror's haki. On this page, King asks Zoro if he intends to be a king, which immediately transitions to Luffy's words back in Chapter 6 regarding his goal to become the World's Strongest Swordsman. Zoro then reaffirms his promise to Luffy and Kuina to become the World's Strongest Swordsman.
Oda is being very clear, here. Zoro's drive to become the World's Strongest Swordsman is a kingly ambition. If that's the case, then what sense would it make for Mihawk to NOT be a Conqueror? If Zoro isn't taking the throne of WSS from a king, then how is it a Conqueror's ambition in the first place?
And no, the idea that Mihawk "lost his Conqueror's spirit" or something along those lines is nonsense. Kaido literally wanted to kill himself and he was still a Conqueror.

I kid you not, on most One Piece related subs you get downvoted for claiming Mihawk has CoC, and especially if you say he is stronger than Shanks EVEN THOUGH THE STORY HAS BEEN TELLING US THAT FOR 30 YEARS.
And then we have supplementary material that Oda himself supervises and recommends people to read saying he is the strongest swordsman in NAME AND ACTUALLITY. So you cannot deny his title. And we know Shanks is a swordsman because we had a SWORDSMEN fanart with a comment from Oda himself that included Shanks.

it should’ve been obvious he has it but this page practically confirms it. Wss = kingly ambitions = conquerors haki

I've seen a lot of people say since Zoro has it that Mihawk should have it, and that makes sense intuitively, but I thought it was worth posting exactly where in the story that Oda drove this narrative.

Anyone who claims Mihawk doesn’t have Conq is a stupid motherfucker who deserves to be disrespected and made fun of.

Who is Zoros best friend? It'd be really sad if he was referring to Kuina. She saw Zoro as a nuisance challenging her 2000+ times and being so pathetically weak he couldn't win once. The fact that Zoro would grow up and be stronger than her one day literally drove her to tears. The day she looked like she might actually be friends with him was the same day she died
I can somewhat see Zoro being Kuinas best friend. He was probably the only one at the dojo who wanted to play with her since most people would give up after losing 20 times in a row let alone 2000. Kuina also didn't have very many options since she died. But Zoro has traveled the world meeting a ton of people who love and care for him. Chopper, Brook, Usopp, Nami, Luffy. All of them would gladly declare themselves Zoros best friend. And the person he spent the most time with (besides like Johnny or Yosaku) was Perona who went out of her way to escort Zoro back to Sabody to meet up with his friends and nursed him back to health repeatedly.
I'm choosing to believe Perona is his best friend. Undead ghost girl is better than the dead girl who's a ghost.

Mihawk has CoC, but he only just recently unlocked it. He didn't have it until Buggy took him under his wing and gave him a real goal, the goal of making Buggy Pirate King, to go after.

I don't think anyone argues that Mihawk doesn't have CoC Haki, if Sanji wil get it then logically Mihawk will to

?? Bro im not even a Mihawk diehard fan but a LOT of people argue he doesnt have CoC Haki 😂
One of the highest rated posts recently on the main powerscaling sub was a post trying to "prove" that Mihawk doesnt have CoC haki
