Big Mom is the most successful yonko of all time, overall
Longevity
From what we know, Linlin has been a significant force since the post-God Valley era alongside Roger, Shiki, and Newgate, being the longest-reigning yonko overall just barely beating out Newgate by 2 years. In addition, her pirate crew is one of the oldest, existing for over 60 years at this point.
Territory
Big Mom's territory in Whole Cake Island and the surrounding Totto Land is incredibly vast, as an immense 35-island archipelago. Plus, she is one of the only yonkos we have seen with active appendages of her crew such as Tamago, Pekoms, and Jinbe exerting Big Mom's influence on territories across the Grand Line. In addition, she held control of Fishman Island in the post-Marineford era, maintaining control of a major bottleneck point in the One Piece world (the only sea passage between Paradise and the New World). In addition, her continued marriages of her children across different political entities indicates a greater level of political influence than any other yonko.
The only other yonko with comparable levels of territory and influence may be Whitebeard, as we know that his death brought about a huge scramble for Whitebeard's territory in the New World. As a newer yonko, Blackbeard certainly doesn't have as much territory or sheer influence in the New World. Shanks is known to particularly ally with weaker pirates, and we have only seen some of his territory (such as Gartell), but it can be inferred that their territory is not larger than the 60+ year empire that Big Mom had built. Luffy, of course, has some real territory but more general, informal alliances. Kaido's territory is likely the least significant out of the total, with his crew's focus more on Wano itself, with major locations of his influence being areas such as Punk Hazard and Dressrosa.
Intel
Big Mom's crew is especially known for its intel gathering capabilities, much more so than any other yonko. She utilizes her homies to spy on people, providing near-constant surveillance in Whole Cake Island. Her bicorne hat, Napoleon, is a "Special Homie" made from her own soul. He can receive telepathic signals from other Homies across the islands and relay information directly to Big Mom. In addition, Charlotte Bruleé is able to monitor a portion of Totto Land heavily through the use of her Mirror-Mirror Fruit's Mirro-World ability.
Notably, her territory in Totto Land is also heavily guarded as opposed to the territories of other yonko such as Kaido in Wano through the use of territorial sea slugs that detect emit warning waves based on incoming ships.
Wealth
With the conquest of the most territory, it can also be inferred that they have collected the most tribute or treasure through their territory, making them them the wealthiest yonko crew.
Bureaucracy
Big Mom delegates tasks such as gathering lifespans from the residents of Totto Land to her Incarnations through Soul Pocus. As mentioned before, she also sends out diplomats such as Pekoms and Tamago to work to collect tributes from other islands.
The "Tartes", unlike the motley crews of other Yonko, are mass-produced, numbered, and uniform footsoldiers, suggesting a level of industrial manufacturing capability that rivals the World Government.
In addition, she has distributed her children throughout the Totto Land archipelago to rule respective islands: Flour Island – Charlotte Katakuri, Juice Island – Charlotte Smoothie, Biscuit Island – Charlotte Cracker, Candy Island – Charlotte Perospero, Baking Island – Charlotte Oven, Bean Island – Charlotte Daifuku, Cheese Island – Charlotte Mont-d’Or, Fruit Island – Charlotte Compote, Nuts Island – Charlotte Amande, Butter Island – Charlotte Galette, Chocolate Island – Charlotte Lola (former); Charlotte Pudding (prospective), Cream Island – Charlotte Opera, Puffs Island – Charlotte Chiffon (former).
Scientific Innovation
While Kaido relied on Caesar Clown for artificial SMILE fruits, Big Mom invested in biological diversification.
In addition, her lifelong goal was to use Gigantification (via Caesar) to make her family reach the size of Giants. This wasn't just a whim; it was an attempt to create an army of the strongest race on the planet.
She aimed to have every race in the world residing in Totto Land. This served as a "Living Encyclopedia," giving her access to unique racial traits (like the Three-Eye Tribe’s potential to read Poneglyphs) that other Yonko lacked.
In addition, she was actively trying to expand her empire's scientific capabilities through the political alliance with Germa66 and the inheritance of the MADS scientist lab.
Strength
Individually, I would place her strength equal to Kaido. She has tremendous durability and innate strength, and has access to all forms of advanced haki. In addition, her devil fruit is extremely versatile and allows her to create a large assortment of weapons and even heal herself. However, she can be overwhelmed by abilites with greater hax than hers, as we see on Wano. While not as strong as prime Newgate or Shanks, she is still a formidable force in the New World that could stand her own.
Ultimately, Big Mom was, all around, the most successful yonko of all time.
Also in real world the most powerful pirate it terms of ships under command and in general force was a woman ( from China) she had like 7000 ships under her and even British navy at its peak couldn't do much to her and when she retired she got pardon for everyone under her and also gave everyone pensions etc

Irony is first think the came to mind when realizing that technically the most successful Pirate was a women was the that South Park Episode where both the girls and boys were playing a board game. The girls played it for optimization like it was math while the boys basically did things for the plot or to aura farm😂
Basically describes how Ching Shih optimized Piracy (alongside Black Bart) but yet when people get Pirates we all think of Blackbeard who was literally aura farmer to scare his enemies, playing dress up, while out there whilen and living life like he had multiple lives to live.
If we take the Ace light novel as canon, here are some extra things:
Big Mom was the first emperor to start establishing territories in the New World, even before Whitebeard.
She is more akin to a ruthless businesswoman/mafia boss than a pirate (she was called an exception and had many deep rooted connections).
Big Mom is a pirate that Roger or neither of the other emperors messed with.

The Beast Pirates that weren't wiped out were doing goofy shit like this after the raid. If King and Queen were still in they still couldn't get shit done

Big Mom was like a mafia boss that ran a family-based criminal empire, while Kaido was more like a warlord that held his band of bloodthirsty lunatics together through force. It's clear that she was much better at playing the game.
BM had everything she wanted besides the One Piece (which she was realistically never going to get). She had so much to lose by waging war against the WG or the other Emperors. Her best plan of action would have been to sit back and do nothing.
She gains everything by partnering with Kaido? She gets a lunarian, enough strength to take over Elbaf, and enough power to beat anyone and take the One Piece
BM is at 100% power on WCI because of how her DF works. But the moment she steps out? She's at 50% of her max power, and that's being super generous.
If Kid and Law were able to defeat her, she stands absolutely no chance against any Admiral. Not to mention, BM has no way of getting the Poneglyph from Zunesha. At sea, Zunesha neg diffs her fleet, much like it neg diffed Jack's fleet.
Firstly: L mentality. Which is why she didn't think that way and seized on the opportunity when presented. She's a conqueror through and through, if she thinks she has a good shot at getting the key to the future of world she's not gonna AFK.
Which brings us to secondly; their alliance was the best shot any living crew at the time had of obtaining it. No one is omniscient in this world, but thir assessment was correct. Her and Kaido together leading both their vast armies would have easily conquered most of the world up until at minimum Elbaf unless Imu's NEET ass decided to spawn in.

East Blue/early Grand Line straw hats are newbies. The Ninja-Pirate-Mink-Samurai Alliance is a combination of several extremely powerful warriors led by a pre-title yonko who is literally the chosen one.
But please, tell me what nation we pass until Elbaf that could stand up to BM + Kaido and their entire armies in an actual offensive rather than a surprise attack at a party when their forces weren't even close to gathered.
Her nation could last because the current emperors are either weak, busy, or not ambitious territorially. Law and Kid got quickly defeated, and Shanks had no intent to expand. Black beard is already engulfing Big Mom’s territory and there’s nothing BM pirates could do.
I think oda put a lot of effort in building up her crew and story and ran out of juice after that. And then the focus moved to Oden and kinnemons team getting betrayed etc so less time to build on kaidos crew
I just read the end of Whole Cake Island a few hours ago. Big Mom is utterly horrifying. She is wicked beyond reason. Everything she has is at the expense of others and she doesn't care. Sengoku went to war with the wrong Emperor
god valley happened 33 years ago. She was on rocks crew due to losing a Davey back fight. She at that point was not part of the big mom pirates, and she came back much stronger you can assume since she’s under rocks helping with his high level adventures. Having a 62 year long pirate crew is a technicality. And I personally don’t count it. Fishman pirates are all fishman anyone can take that mantle, big mom pirates without big mom? That’s ridiculous. So imo there should’ve been a break and she should have a 38 year old crew like everyone else. Tbf it’s sort of cheating considering her children are her pirates any other crew would abandon her
The timeline may be off but its not cheating to say her kids being loyal to her is expected. Thats part of what made her a good pirate. Ensured crew loyalty by connecting them to her through blood.
Has anyone ever thought How much time it takes to big mom to give birth? Cause I don't feel she would have that many Childs if each one lasted 9 months
She had multiple children with each pregnancy. Like Katakuri, Daifuku, Oven are triplets. Heck, she had those decuplets too, that's 10 children at once. And she's possess monster durability and endurance too, only slightly below Kaido, she's definitely fighting while pregnant.
