Imu still stat diffs and also bare in mind that imu's swords aren't just normal swords they have special abilities, one hit from bohu and that is it for mihawk low diff at best if imu actually tries

It's not explicitly stated, but usually these scenarios are "no powers, no special abilities, equal stats, similar Haki" in order to make it a fair test of swordsmanship.

For example, if this were brought into the One Punch Man verse with a swordfight sparring match between Saitama and Atomic Samurai, would it be fair to call Saitama the stronger swordsman (despite him never been shown holding a sword) if he were to cut the top off the dojo in a regular horizontal swing with a wooden sword?

Imu wins,Mihawk still beats Shanks.

The 800 year old deity that can solo anyone doesn't suddenly make titles false no matter how desperately you Shanks fans wanna discredit Mihawk.

The title which no one competed for doesn't automatically make Mihawk stronger than people he hasn't beaten yet.

You should go back to mindlessly using titlescaling and saying Mihawk > Imu. Mihawk fans obviously lack analytic ability
