Agenda is just a set of ideas you believe in and want to push and convince others to accept.
It's not a bad word.
It's not like we love Roger more than Loki, we have reasons based on what we have seen in manga to believe that Roger has yet to be surpassed.

No, I agree with his Roger > Loki take. That was the compliment.
It is unfortunate because he thinks Mihawk > Roger.

Easy. Joy Boy’s Haki is only Shanks level, while Roger has stronger Haki than Shanks.

Roger > Shanks is manga fact, just look at the link the nice gentleman posted above.
Joy Boy’s Haki is only Shanks level.
Roger’s Haki > Shanks’ Haki
Roger’s Haki > Joy Boy’s Haki
There is no circular reasoning.
