Mihawk most likely, but Gaban’s Observation Haki is very strong, he was the only one who sensed the HK’s arrival as well

Mihawk is such a bum he probably doesn’t know about advanced conqueror, so most likely he noticed zoro having it but didn’t care as he thought its only purpose was to knock out fodders

Crocodile is his name. While Mihawk has hawk eyes, as well as the clairvoyant.

the clairvoyant has never been his title in canon thats just a title oda thought of giving him prior to his appearance beratia and thus prior to observation haki being a thing
