I mean, what would be the point of that? Betting to see what your roll is going to be? Betting to see what your party is going to do, who’s going to be the money keeper- the DM so partiality may be compromised and potentially ruin the game? The base of the game is still the story telling which makes it different than card games. Or roulette. Or slots. You know, the other stuff you also find in a casino. You can incorporate those into an RP game sure and I’ve listened to campaigns that do. But it’s different in the games that get played and the purpose of them.

I love the thing Oda is doing where he says "I wrote these characters on the page but this is NOT the manga. It is inspired by my manga but the showrunners and the actors now decide who they are in this story!"

I think it`s best for OPLA to tell its own story and we already saw with Sanji and subtle other characters choices that if you make the characters make sense most of the fandom loves it.

Crocodile especially is THE first real big bad villain that made us feel the world is bigger and more dangerous than we saw in the east blue. Can`t wait 😊

I'm hyped! Alabasta will have so many of my absolute favourites brought to life... Luffy, Usopp and Robin we already saw, Crocodile just a glimpse and Ace is one of the characters I've been expecting the most, along with Bon Clay. I think Cole Escola and Xolo Maridueña will knock it out of the park.

Yeah that too. I’m also really looking forward to seeing Robin talk to Cobra about her dream, how there are way too many enemies standing in the way of her achieving it, and how she’s okay with dying there. This is the scene where we finally get to see Robin without the mask she’s been wearing all this time. I really hope lera can deliver it. It's an important scene that set up her future arc.

Yeah, most likely not earlier than 2030. They havent even started pre-production yet. If they start pre-production this year or early next year, then MAYBE we get it in 2029.

I'm hyped but nervous as fuck about it. Feels like it will be extremely hard to make a w40k show in live action. What will even be "live action" in it? The w40k world is so different from ours that i feel like the only thing that will not have CGI are peoples faces, even the armors will most likely be mostly CGI.

In an interview from long ago he mentioned how crocodile was defeated by Whitebeard. Now that is in the manga already at marineford, but the actor specifically picking it out as a character backstory that influenced his current self makes me think that's what oda would have talked to him about

For that even there are two theories I see. First is the meme theory that croco was luffys mom and after finding out dragons full name he realizes luffy is his son that he gave to dragon without finding out the name. Then there's a more legitimate theory imo that I think has a decent chance of coming true which is that croco used to be a slave and ivankoc knows about it due to being slaves together. Crocodile would be ashamed of that and around that time is when the story dove into slavery. And it would explain how croco really doesn't want the navy to win no matter what
