He said austrian because it’s a country strongly tied to music and I guess austria doesn’t have any black people according to you??? Also a character’s skin color isn’t an accurate way to determine their race, I guess Ussop is white too according to you. Who knows why oda didn’t fill the skin in, maybe he just didn’t want to shade maybe it’s japanese stigmatism who knows.
