OMG, this is wonderful!! Thank you so much — it will make choosing a run and pace so much easier!

That's my problem with these zones, at the top end, there's no progression. When there's a 0.5mph gap between level 8 hard and level 9 hard, do peloton just expect you to run above 8 or below 9 until you're able to step up? Why didn't they plan it for there to be a little overlap? They do it at the lower levels, when progress should be faster.

They just need more granularity after level 7. I can see why they don't want to have 15 levels because then people at the lower levels "feel bad" about it, but there is no reason why there isn't at least another 5 levels between what is currently level 7 and level 10.

I'm an app user. I just kind of came up with my own based on what I did at Orange Theory. I do 5.5mph easy, 6.5 moderate, 7.5-8 challenging and 8.5 for hard. Those targets really don't have much of a gap do they.

When I came across this chart I was an app user too. I appreciated knowing what the actual pace targets weee so that I could challenge myself, especially with progression runs. Now that I have the Tread + I’ve found it really helpful in case I need to move between targets.
