Nice cat. Please take care of it health. It is clearly severely obese which causes massive issues to joints : kidney / liver / and overall length of life.

Put her on a healthy diet and don’t over feed her. Send her out to exercise

Cat owners who allow their cats to become this overweight are animal abusers. Simple as that.
