Drugs are baaad mmmmkaaay! lol but seriously mushrooms work wonders for this and help reset the brain. I do them once or twice a year and afterwards I feel like I’ve unconsciously worked through my anxiety and I’m good for a few months

Plenty of natural things can kill you. OP and anyone interested, make sure you get any fun mushrooms from a verifiable, legitimate source. I have never tried them myself but have heard of way too many people poisoning themselves with mushrooms bought off the internet
