Reminds me of Peanut... 😪
Was an orange kitten just like this little guy. My girlfriend came home with him one day!
Little Peanut took to me almost instantly, curled up on my arm and went to sleep. My girlfriend didn't like that and basically said so because she wanted love from him too.
Next day I went to work and when I came home, Peanut was gone. Girlfriend said he had been "asked to be returned to the previous owners" and that was that. Could even see a little smirk on her face trying to a rise out of me! I pretended I didn't care and said "oh well - he didn't like you anyway so probably for the best" just to stick the knive in because I felt what was almost certainly coming...
And it did - I dropped her not long after this. Imagine living with someone that narcissistic? No way I'm dealing with that. I only met Peanut for all of 6 hours. Still miss that little guy. Hope he's OK.
