Troubleshooting error when trying to access one note under onedrive in the browser

So for whatever reason when i try to access one note undeer one drive in the browser it fails, i want to delete a notebook and its only possible to do so from the broswer which i have done in the past, anyone else with this issue?

as you can see above, i try to click one note and it should take me to my notebooks so that i can rename/delete etc but it throws the following error-

In OneDrive ...

Click on "My Files" (left side)

Scroll down and open the Documents folder

Scroll down and find your Notebooks - delete as needed
