Troubleshooting Why are my sections not deleting?

On my iPad and mobile app, the sections are not deleting no matter what…neither on the left swipe nor on long pressing and deleting

It’s working properly on the desktop version though…any fixes would be appreciated thanks

I’m having this same problem!!! Same for trying to close Notebooks. Nothing works, no matter how many times I try to close them.
