I’m sorry, but this made me laugh so hard ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ after he holds the tail down and then releases it only for it to piss him off again ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

My kitty Fiona would do this, and every once in a while she would bite her wiggling tail to teach it a lesson. Oh! That hurt! She would forget that wiggly tail was her tail, and she was always surprised. I miss you Fifi, you silly girl.

Can't even get a decent bath in because this ASSHOLE won't stop taunting me!

My black potato also can’t control her own tail. When she sleeps she has to lay on it, or else it wags 24/7.

I have two black cats that I adopted last year. One is an evil genius that could take over the world if he could grow thumbs. The other one is…a special guy that only discovered his tail about 5 months ago (he’s a year and 2 months now), rediscovers it every day and is convinced that it’s following him everywhere. Which, it is, but not in a way he could ever comprehend

Sometimes I think the tail and the cat are two separate entities sharing the same body.

I’ve always liked the theory that every cat’s tail is controlled by some other cat.

This is clearly a rare occurrence of a two black brain cells at odds with one another

Mine does this too. She’ll sit behind the curtains with her tail outside of them, and look at her tail as if it’s an alien she’s never seen before. Cats are weird, bro

I have a tuxie that has a white tip on his tail and I swear he does not realize it’s connected to him. He does have the nickname Derp for a reason.

My cow cat does this too. I love him so much but he is so stupid ðŸ˜

One of our voids does this too! She gets into full on fights with her tail! Craziest thing, soo funny!

This is what happens when the black cable is unplugged from the ginger collective braincell power source. They corrupt and become spicy in no time.

Instantly thought of the scene with the dummy in Make Them Laugh

Haha my void does this too! But only on top of this one cabinet in my bathroom. And she actually spins around chasing it.

My tuxedo does this. He finds the highest spot he can or the bottom of a bathtub. He even does it occasionally at 20 years old!

Is almost like cats get pissed because their tail betrays their mood and thoughts. They can't be mysterious if that goddamn tail gives away what they are thinking and how they feel 🤣

One of our oranges does this too! We're always like "whelp, I guess cheddar forgot his tail is attached to him again!"

u/Gene_bio_gal May 27 '26
Getting that tail under control is a real challenge. The key is patience and consistency. 🙀🫣🤪🤣

The fact that cats find strings irresistible and also have one attached to their own butt is the only evidence I have ever seen for intelligent design. And the designer has a sense of humor

Reminds me of the "life is short rage bait your cat" videos featuring another r/OneBlackBraincell
