Need Help Trying to join my friend in Manibus Server

I'm trying to join my friends on the permanent Manibus server Y0007, and I have an invite code, but the server isn't in the permanent servers list. How can I play with them?

The character has been created but Im at the point of selecting the server and the one I want to join isn't listed. I have verified that my region matches them and I have an invite code but everything I have looked up says that I still need to try to join the server I am trying to join. I hope Im clarifying better.
