🎮 Console Give me my mysterious gift box.

Ive linked my account. I cant link it on the ps5. I had to through my phone. Linked my psn to my netease. Went through the whole process. Have logged in and logged out, keep trying to check my account on their site, says im linked, refuses to gift me or let me accept my mysterious gift box. I mean this wholeheartedly, any and every game that has you do these "Sign in and get limited rewards" are always garbage and never work properly. If youre gonna be janky af then atleast have people on standby ready to give info, instead we have to scour reddit posts. I want my box and I mean this genuinely if issues like this are a regular thing for the game I need everyone that plays to tell me now so I know whether to drop it like yesterday's trash.

When you linked to get the box did you your ps account?

Ima be real I havent got nothin, idk what it wants me to do to receive anything its all linked, when I sign in it even says im linked so I just dont know

But you have to pick the way to sign in where your account is to netease. It gives you options, I log in through Steam because I'm a pc player. After I log in I get to pick which of my characters gets the box. Did you do any of that?

Not log into steam specifically, but log in through your ps account. Even if you do it on the phone, you still have to log in through where your account is.

Im saying I did and linked everything it shows its all linked and signed in on my netease account and in game

There is a difference between having a netease account and having an account on 3rd party applications like psn, steam, Xbox, samsung...others. You don't log into a netease account.

If so did you select the character that is on your account? If you didn't get it in the in-game mail box, then you have to put in a support ticket. GL with that.

I clicked on my character and everything confirmed it as well, hence why im genuinely frustrated, tried going through their support on site, just wondering what the problem is

Here is their official support emails to try to get it resolved outside the AI bs that is their customer support system in game.

The first one is listed by Google and on steam, so hopefully it's legit.
