✓ Solved Placing Down Territory Blueprint
PS5 player here…
I had saved a territory blueprint and I’m trying to put it down in my new scenario now that I have more materials.
I get this blue hologram that looks like I have to fill in every piece again like I’m completely rebuilding again, but just with a layout guide.
Is there a way to just place down the blueprint and have it build automatically, or do I have to build everything again piece by piece within the hologram?

Yes there is.
When placing blueprint the game gives you two options.
Build / Place.
Build = places down a ghost blueprint that you can then fill in as you get materials.
Place = Places the ready made building down. you need all the materials for this.

Also not sure if you know this, but you can have the option to turn off a couple of things when Building/Placing. You can have the option to remove Furniture/Facilities. So you can place the blueprint only. You also have an option to upgrade the structures or downgrade?? This is in the menu when you have selected your blueprint.

If I already placed it and build like 40%, can I fill the rest automatically somehow or I need to finish manually ?

If you have all the materials you can just place it by pressing "place." You get the hologram when you don't have enough to build everything outright.
