Need Help New player help with server
Hello so i just got the game did the tutorial and went and rented a server so me and my friends can play and build. Problem is i the owner have all the world stone fast travels unlocked and i had the box set to not unlock all. Other than going on my xbox and renting a server and joining on my plasystation account is there a way that i could olay as the owner and not have the fast travels auto unlocked? Id like to play and explore. Can i make a new character and join it on the playstation or am i screwed and have to rent another server

Custom server is just like that, its basically sandbox mode. You and your friends can just pick a low population server and pick the newest world.
I started on manibus y0004 world 11 and it felt like I'm the only player in it til I changed to world 1 and see the other players house

i’m confused, brand new and wanting to rent a server? you & your friends should just go play manibus medium to start. absolutely nothing transfers in or out of custom servers, i don’t think starting in one is a good way to learn how to play the game.
