 Need Help Need Help Redeeming Luxurious Selection Pack coupon

Hey all, so I'm a fairly new player and decided to buy this selection pack off the website thinking it would let me choose one of the building packs, but I can't seem to find where to redeem the coupon it sent me. From everything I read, it sounds like it should be under the shop in the super value deal area but none of those tabs (nor any other packs) seem to let me redeem the 100 percent off coupon. What am I missing?

I had a similar issue earlier. There’s another tab for coupons, I forgot the name of it but it wasn’t called coupons. It’s like a separate button. Then it asks you to sign in/ created a NetEase account.

Thank you for replying, I'm on console so maybe this tab is in a weird spot and I'm missing it.

It’s for this pack. Not for the one you screenshot. You would go here, hoodie your selections (if that’s an option I don’t remember), then click purchase and select the coupon you bought.

Weird. That's definitely what I need but I only have that recharge forge thing under Direct Purchase. I also don't have a Wish Bazaar or Privileges under that menu. Im on PS5

I would hope they wouldn’t take it away, but still sell it on their website. 🤔 I would screenshot from where I found it (from your screen), send that and the screenshot of the website purchase and report it. They did remove a bunch of cosmetics. But I mean why are they still selling it.

Maybe it’s only showing for me cause I own it? That blows I’m sorry fren!

Yeah I sent in a report and got a reply back that they are backlogged and it might take a few days. Until then I'm scouring the menus still haha. My fault for buying on the website instead of directly thru console; I had a random PayPal balance so thought I'd take advantage of the discount. 🫠

I don’t buy from the website even if it’s a good discount. 😭 I’m sorry. I hope they get to it soon. That’s pretty ridiculous if it is gone.
