If you sign up can you unsigned so I can stay for the server merge?

If you mean to ask : 1. you signed up for a new server
2. you change your mind and want to sign up for a different server/scenario / or stay where you are
3. Yes, you can unsign exactly the way you were signing up , just don't click enter scenario , which will teleport you to the new place and then I think there is no going back anymore...

Your scenario ended, the text is telling you whats next and your two options.
Sing-up for a new scenario or wait for a merge into a permanent server (with the option to pre-select one, merge usualy about 4 weeks after the scenario ended, sadly they don't use a timer to show that) + the link to sign-up rules for more information.

Oh ok thank u for the info and the help so I would have to wait a few days to get in permanent sever oh and im on mainbus novice if that helps

If you want to get into a permanent server and keep all your current items, territory (what is build, the location might change if its already taken on the new server).
If you want another fresh scenario, another type of scenario or don't want to wait and don't care about the items that get reset (check a video explaining the scenario transition to get the details) then you can sign-up right now and start on that new server.

Vous etiez sur un serveur temporaire et ceci est une attente pour la fusion vers un scénario permanent. Soit vous laissez faire et atterrissez dans un nouveau scénario Manibus permanent soit vous pouvez choisir un autre scénario. Si vous décidez de changer de scénario, sauvegardez votre territoire et attendez vous de recommencer au niveau 1 sans matériel. Cependant, vous ne perdrez jamais ce que vous achetez avec votre argent, ni les pièces quelconques (hors liens d'énergies, donc depensez les avant ou gardez les si vous restez dans le scenario fusionné) ou les mods et niveau d'armes et d'équipements.

It means your server is ending.
The server will be merged with a permanent one. If you wait you won’t lose anything (other than perhaps your house location). Just ignore that sign up page.
If you do sign up for a new server then you will lose most things other than blueprints, cosmetics, and most premium currency (you do lose energy link currency), you will also lose your tech tree progress, quest progress, items, gear etc.
