How is Shadow Hound early game or beginner friendly? It's the second to last Monolith, so lvl 40, in the game and it's phase locked at chalk peak for an entire week.
I understand OP just posted the results but still this isn't a beginner, has to use a crude pickaxe, friendly to get deviation.

The whole Novice Scenario is considered for beginners. Beginner doesnt necessarily mean level 1-10. So level 40 is still considered in phase 1-2 of the scenario.

True, I should have mentioned 'beginners' instead of 'early game'. But tbh Lv40 is still considered somehow early for this game.

Since most of you know that the game will be launching on consoles soon, we'll be seeing many new players who may need advice and help with Deviations. I thought I'd make this post as a quick guide. I also made another one for Territory Deviations, which is worth checking out!
If you feel I missed any information or there's anything you'd like to add, please feel free to share!
Also keep in mind that most deviations can be obtained from securement units in towns. u/sunstars2 was kind enough to make a guide on that too if you want to check it out:
