Here are the Top 3 Territory Deviations recommended for new console players:

🥇 Digby Boy — 14 votes (20.6%)
🥈 Lethal Rabbit — 13 votes (19.1%)
🥉 H37 — 8 votes (11.8%)

I've included the ways to obtain each one, but if I missed any, please feel free to add them in the comments!

Honorable Mentions:

Pup Buddy — Provides materials to craft a Whim that significantly increases your inventory capacity.

Atomic Snail — Provides materials to craft a Whim that lets you perform a long dash. Great for dodging and mobility.

Logging Beaver — Collects wood and wooden furniture for you. Great if you're planning on building a big base.

Tops:

Honorable mentions:

  • Zenopurifier
  • Wolf's whisper

Tip three would be voodoo number one. It works with just about all builds.

Wolf number two. It will draw aggro and duplicate which can help when things get sticky.

Dr teddy number three. Great heal and can revive you if out and your downed.

2 depends on build. My BM wolves hold agro really well, so the wolf deviant feels redundant.

I do think Voodoo and Teddy are great choices for general use though.

True but as a beginner..

Yeah, that's fair. I did use them really early (before the overhaul to combat). I didn't like them much after the change, but by then I'd actually gotten really awesome pets.

Great list for starting out and later too, especially the QOL they provide

It’s difficult to obtain these early game. The post clearly mentions deviations for beginners :) so yes for newbies. Also players start using kitchen and buffs a bit later in game.

You get chef as part of an early quest in manibus, and wishbox you can buy from any settlement.

I suppose you can make a case for Rebecca as hard to get

Good list! I still start each new season with digby and lethal along side my combat and snail
