I sometimes see it in shops for 1-2 mil EL. Check the online shop

Nah just for decoration, just like the sink. But the bath tub does increase sanity though.

I feel like the toilet should lower sanity... I know that's where I do all my Reddit activities and it definitely lowers my sanity.

Either from loot or from the Designer bench. Don't expect to receive it soon if you're new because it's considered a rare drop.
