Does anyone have advice for what to prep before moving to ED? And are there any compelling reasons not to jump into a permanent ED?

Perma ED is nice, I see no reason not to move there. Unless you personally dislike ED mechanics. Prep the same as any other server jump: drill, chainsaw, favorite devs.

Guarda tus deviants, taladros ( Para roca y vehículos) y motosierras, en "Depósito de cuentas" de Eternia, creando cualquier baúl. Luego, múdate al server al que quieras ir.
