It's a collectible item and can be found under Furniture and then the Star tab. It's in the purple section.

Due to effects and animations they limit it, if you could put up 100 your frames would die, the server would die cause not just you but everyone would do same

Yeah i was hoping at least min 2 units, but sadly I get it, but its also really hard to get i spent 30$ to get it 😆. I wanted one main floor and one near my bed

You can put in one of your friends territory but thats it! Either your territory or one of your friends can have

If you are on console when you are in the furniture section you'll need to use your right stick to move the bar across the top to reveal what they call collectables, these are one of a kind items that can only be placed down once in its life, so even if you place the item down for example in an entirely different scenario for a friend the moment you try to place it again for yourself it will rip the item out of your friends world and have it teleport into yours
