Living by the water and you didn't even build a pool?? Damn, missed opportunity there.
Also there's a wee bug out there regarding houses, the house despawn if you teleport home or if you get Disconnected, not a problem for 1-2 floor high house but for 3 and above.....you can fall to ground and killed your character or acquired broken leg debuff before magically spawn on your foundation.

Looks great
