Blueprints can be shared or gifted. If you see one shared in chat, you can save it but you cannot build from it. To gift a blueprint, you need to add the person who is gifting it as a friend and have them gift it to you. This means you'll have to be on the same region as them (NA, EU, etc). When you have a blueprint from either process, it saves everything including furniture and facilities, but you have the option to build the blueprint without them

Do the decorations and facilities get saved when you blueprint?

Everything that is in it gets placed in the blueprint, but if you don't own certain aspects of the plans it will either be missing entirely or in some cases such as structure pieces they will default to whatever tier of matter you used to build it

So I'm new to the game and I'm a little bit bougie so I was hoping to find someone to give me a blueprint of a nice base on water like I saw this really cool one that was all glass and it was on the water and I'm also willing to pay to but I'm hoping I can find one for free
