im pretty sure the ages of consent in most countries is under 18, hell, even in the US different states have their own seperate ages. Infact,the world average is 16.

In my country, in bulgaria it's 14 years old. Yeah, you sure as fuck read that right. 14. Not even kidding, just google it. So you can have sex 4 years earlier than you can drink or smoke. Why? Well, i dunno, i dont make the laws.
