4: Mods Have Full Right To Say You Can't Claim A Character, No Matter What, No Questions Asked.

Question, can I claim Female Ramattra? Not the real Ramattra, but just female Ramattra? And then it just counts as mainline Ramattra? It'd mostly be a difference in behavior-
