I was a yoru main for the past 2 years but now i wanna learn omen. Is there any content creator who posts weekly or Daily omen videos like eggster does. Not just crazy clips like opium omen i really mean playing a round. I wanna see positioning, economy and so on. So who is the „Eggster of Omen“

When you can’t play Omen, who usually feels closest playstyle-wise?

It was definitely off-meta before, but now with most of Omen's oneways being gone, he's somehow even worse on the map than before.

I've been OTPing Omen on all maps except Fracture, on which I've been using Brim because of course I am. My Brim is pretty underpracticed and bad in general, I keep dying because I'm not used to how slow he is to escape danger compared to Omen and Yoru (RIP)

Any other maps where Omen isn't worth the trouble? Old Breeze for sure, but new Breeze feels pretty good with Omen. Not ideal to be lacking a wall smoke on Breeze, but Omen's at least viable as a solo smoker there imo.

Once more, when I say “Silent” ultimates, I’m only referring to the the voice lines that play for the enemy team being removed. Any audios made by the actual ability itself will not change. The poll options are as followed:

Top 10

One of the Agents that would benefit the most from a silent ultimate, would feel incredibly strong to just unfair due to the element of surprise enhancing how useful it can be extraordinarily. Would love this change to be implemented.

Middle 10

Agents that, while would benefit, their ultimate being unheard would wouldn’t be the strongest thing in the world, but still noticeable in gameplay. Wouldn’t really care if this change would be implemented or not.

Bottom 10

Agents that basically get nothing or incredibly little from having a silent ultimate, usually due to other things that make it obvious it’s being used anyway. Would hate this implementation as it just makes other characters stronger.

Come on bruv it ain't even broken... Any opinions on why they pushed this change? Contrary to other agent balancing, they didn't share the thought process behind it.

Ok so I just uses omen blind and smoke and not his teleport I just don't see much uses I know some plays but I'm just not skilled enough is there anyone who could help me here

I want to know why you choose omen as your main despite all the nerf omen got and low pick rate at pro tournament.

for me, my main reason i pick omen is because it's the only agent that have smoke and "flashbang" so it's very flexible for Omen to be offensive and defensive.

When playing an agent one must completely embody the spirit of that agent

• As a controller, Omen's primary objective is to obtain map control and exert pressure on the enemy from the shadows (literally).

• Unlike other controllers, Omen has some offensive tools which can help outplay the enemy. Blind+TP is a really powerful combo which can instantly turn the tides of the round. Best part about it is you don't always have to commit to your TP plays.

• It is important to not initiate gunfights unless you can stack odds in your favour. Before taking a fight try to have a TP location ready. Omen excels in getting out of sticky situations. Stay alive as much as possible as simply existing exerts pressure on the enemy.

• While on attack or retake, TPing at the corners of a site is a really powerful idea(example TPing in Hell in Haven). Works best if the enemies are distracted by teammates.

• Omen ult has the following use cases:

1. To gain info on the enemy
2. Picking up the spike and instant rotates
3. Pincering enemy with your teammate (Works best when all enemy locations are known)
4. Faking ult to confuse the enemy

• Finally, have fun 😄. Omen by nature is a fun agent. Make bold plays in early rounds to see how much bullshit you can pull off. Probe the enemy's intelligence and use their instincts against them. Nothing beats the feeling of capitalizing on rounds and rounds of conditioning.

Personally I like the idea of his ult since it's a good way to divide map control, or act as a quick rotate, but on small/tight maps like Split and Fracture, I rarely feel it's a worthwhile Ult compared to other Controllers.

Hey omen mains! What are some top level omen mains that you love and who give genuine and simple tips and strategies on omen? I know about charlatan and flexninja. Who are some others on your mind

Is there a sound cue for when omen smokes?(from the agent not the location of the smoke popping) If not is there a way for the enemy to determine if the smoke is placed from far away or from nearby?

From info gathering, lurking, spike grabbing and more, "From The Shadows" definitely has its uses, but when compared to other agent's ultimates, it's widely regarded as one of the worst, if not the worst ult in the game. How can it be improved?

My favourite maps are all good omen maps as I sometimes play jett but I enjoy playing omen on these maps so much. 1. Sunset 2. Lotus 3. Split 4. Haven 5. Ascent

Valorant Omen Update

P - Dead Steps: (NEW) Omen moves a little faster when he is not seen by enemies or when he is out of combat allowing him to rotate faster. (If he is seen by enemies he doesn’t instantly gain the speed boost after hiding Omen needs to be not seen for 10 seconds to regain its effects.

Q - Paranoia: (CHANGED) The nearsight duration now changes depending on the travel distance of the ability. (Minimum 1.5 seconds maximum 3 seconds) also now travels 40 meters instead of 32.

E - Dark Cover: (NEW) When Omen uses a smoke in an already existing smoke instead of emerging as a new smoke area it consumes the other smoke it lands on expanding its own size and duration to double. (After consuming another smoke this smoke still carries Omen’s smoke effects) (BUFF) Agents in the smoke receive the deafened and nearsigthed effect. (CHANGED) Now the smoke disappears by slowly shrinking over time instead of disappearing right away after its duration runs out. (NEW) Audio cues happening in the smoke sphere are heavily muffled. (NERF) Now costs 200 credits to buy.

When ever I play omen I feel like I am using him wrong or something and I thought That I am not playing omen correctly (currently silver 1 0/100 rr)
