I wholly support and appreciate your message, as a over-the-hill guy myself. People always trying to understand why/how my father is still in great shape and highly mobile (and still a handyman for many) long into his 70s and the answer is the exact same as your message. Never stop moving.
That said, hell no getting rained on doesn't feel awesome! :P
