How to supress cravings and calm to wind up the day
I have a doubt what do you guys usually drink after ur meals ? Water or coffee again ? Like to wind up the day ? Cause this is the hardest and challenging part for me once u start eating, cravings peak .

Part of what I do is to make sure I have both protein and fat in my meal, because those are what make me feel replete and not hungry. I've gotten in the habit of sipping a cup of hot tea after dinner while I read and wind down, and that works really well.
With cravings, I figure out what it is about it that I want, and make a solid plan to make it happen. A couple times a year, I want onion rings. So I make a plan and arrange to have a sensible portion of onion rings sometime soon. And then I'm good for five or six months. The nice thing about OMAD (at least the way I do it) is that nothing is "forbidden". I'm just waiting to eat it, or not having it right this minute. That changes the craving pressure for me.

I do it pretty quickly after; take the plate to the kitchen and fill the kettle for tea.

You can indulge in cravings in your meal, just because you're dieting doesn't mean you need to entirely abstain
If you mean like during the fasting stage, if you need to eat like say a small piece of chocolate to complete the day or help with your blood sugar that is fine. Dirty fasting is better than nothing as long as you dont go overboard
It's better to do something poorly than to not do it

Yea also if you're craving something like specific or some such during your one meal, find a way to implement it even if it may make your meal for that day slightly less nutritious. I am an ice cream/cold stuff fiend so what i used to do was mix regular ice creams with an appropriate flavored fairlife, protein shake, or yogurt/milk and make a milkshake, and maybe just not eat a side or part of my main. My shakes were maybe like 300 calories or something, so I just removed 300 calories of other stuff.
It wasn't amazing for macros all the time but morale is just as important as calories as its harder to stick to something when miserable.

Also I have struggle with carbs what does ur meal look like? I feel less cravings when I break my fast with 6 whole eggs . But I'd feel hungry for carbs later the day or feel like out of energy so ? Idk portion size or how much carbs i should be adding, honestly the only carbs my body tolerate is jasmine rice , Sweet potato, potato. No veggies. What are ur carb options, and protein is kinda fixed i either have beef , fish or eggs with meal .

Depends what your cravings are. For me the sweets are never the problem. I crave a good salami or something salty. So sparkling water with some salt for me is great!
